Verygood hotel in all aspects. Location isexcellent - close to the rail network, in the middle of an excellent shopping area. Ideal for a short stay in Budapest

Nice modern hotel right on the main shopping st, had a good breakfast and everything you would expect from a large 4 star hotel.

The location of this hotel was excellent. However the room was quite small and the bed was extremely hard. The breakfast was very good but as the hot food ran out it was not frequently replenished and sometimes not at all. The price of drink in the bar was very, very expensive.

very helpful staff from front office to housekeeping concierge etc.organised tours,taxis etc in efficient and happy manner special praise for victor.Staff spoke good english

I booked this hotel expecting at least the basic facilities of its 4* claim! Nothing. No restaurant, no light snacks from the bar such as sandwiches, not even tea and coffee making facilities in the room! Reception booked me a table at a Hungarian restaurant 10 mins walk away at 10.10pm (I'm female and alone!) and when I got there it was closing. Never again.
