my stay was enjoyable but how ever on arrival at check in had a couple of problems with the booking, when i made the booking there was a members offer offered which was free car parking, free interenet, late checkout and buffet breakfast to members of the booking company which the staff of the hotel didnt know anything about so that took sometime to rectify, think the rooms could do with a refurbish but apart from that a good place to stay.

The hotel is fabulous but the food at the restuarant is very ordinary. I ordered a $40 steak and it came out cold with burning hot potatotes. The chef wanted to debate the issue but the great waitress said just cook another one. The second was overcooked and I was very disappointed. Such and expensive restuarant. I live in Italy where the food is incredible and a reasonable price. Australia is pricing its self out of the market, very sad....

A busy night so unfair to judge however , when booking a double room that morning it was advised that 2 doubles or a queen would be available but u could not request which .On calling the hotel I requested a queen and was advised that it was allocated. On arrival I was advised no queen was available but i could have 2 doubles or move to a smoking floor. No record of the phone call requesting a queen - yet i spoke with the same girl on the front desk who checked me in. Otherwise a well run and managed hotel .

Would rate hotel as a 3 1/2 star residence. Great location but average rooms, parking terrible, waited in queue on street for 15 minutes for valet parketing, then charged $25 dollars.
