V. Good location - only short walk to town (several reasonably priced restaurants within 10 mins - same distance to the sea front) Parking good (behind hotel - free). Much traffic noise during the evening for front facing rooms (close to bus station) but ok during night. Staff friendly. Breakfast good, but not included in room rate. However, it can be pre-booked (at reception) for £9. Although two people were booked, only one set of towels provided but after a search, more were found in a draw. A prompt response to a room service request. Recommended.

Really central for transport, Burn's country and Culzain Castle. bring shoes and T shirt if you want to use the gym. Friendly good food.

this hotel is so central lovely room and great chef. The hotel also cater well for disabled. Great all round. will use this hotel in the future.
