Tallinn's brewery restaurant which has most of the evenings life music is just outside Merchannt's door, lots of fun , good beet and traditional food. Ten meters to your left is the main square with his terraces and beautiful restored buildings. The main square tower is good place to stay on the step and watch the world pass by. There are many restaurants and the Hansiatic one with medieval atmosphere are very much recommended for their stuff friendliness and good humour, not enough money a two week dish washing shift is what is waiting for you. I have been many times to Tallinn to see friends Ron business and I have never been bored or having enough of this place. By finding this hotel my experience of this town had a new dimension added.

Wonderful, individual hotel right next to the town hall square. Good restaurant in the vaulted basement (where breakfast is also served).

However, I contracted a severe virus from a sick waitress in the restaurant. Why have an ill waitress on duty TWICE? So as to spread her sickness? Jeez!

Excellent location and by and large excellent service , interesting deccour etc with exception of noisy extractor fan in bathroom, no instructions on use of air-conditioner and a "wake-up" call on day of departure which did not materialise
