Cleaning service wasn´t good at this hotel, we stayed six nights, but they cleaned our room only one time. There is very, very small bathroom with toilet, just a little bit bigger then toilets in aircrafts. Reception desk staff was pleasant. Hotel is located near to metro stations Poble Sec or Paralel. Paralel is very noisy street. Value is not good, too expensive for this kind of services.

Service was the worst ever. I was moved to another hotel because they didnt have rooms available at the one I had reserved. Then they moved me farther away from the main tourist area. After all that, the service at the new hotel was terrible! I will never ever set foot in that place again and I want orbitz to refund my first night because it took a total of 4 hours to get checked in.

A good place to stay. Close to las ramblas and near Poble sec metro station. Clean room and bathroom and the common room with TV and kitchen facilities was quite nice.
