Location
Guests who love to shop will be happy to know that the Melia Purosani is located right next to the Jalan Malioboro shopping centre, in the heart of Yogyakarta, with close and easy access to all of the city's attractions.

We had pleasure and enjoyable time at Melia hotel, everything was available around us, we are really looking forward to stay at this hotel in the future and we recommend it to our friends and relatives. Dealing with you reached our need, satisfactory and appriciation, thanks to all who offered us excellent services, hospitality and facilities. There is no question about it, Melia Purasani is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The rooms are large and comfortable, the inside of the hotel is aestheticaly beautiful (full of quality Javanese and other Indonesian artifacts), the dining places have good food, the swimming pool is gorgeous, and the staff always seemed genuinely happy to have me as their guest. The travel agency inside the hotel was very helpful in arranging drivers for me on short notice. A truly remarkable experience.

Excellent hotel. Very comfortable, spacious and clean rooms. Spectacular garden with swimming pool. Very friendly and helpful staff. Very nice breakfast. The drinks in the restaurants and bars are quite expensive.

Overall my family had a great time. The hotel is strategically located near Mariboro Street which is the main attraction for shopping. The hotel even has its own becak (traditional transportaion) group standing by at the hotel exit ready to take you where ever you want. The only disapointment is the very limited Room Service menu, though a Friday Night barbecue while watching traditional Ramayana dance by the hotel poolside really made it up.
