Melia Hotel Hanoi Guest Reviews
We had a problem with the heating which they rectified promptly. Need to specify a non-smoking room if required. Excellent buffet breakfast.

Stayed in an executive suite - would have had great views across Hanoi, but for the weather. Accommodation was excellent as was the nightly complimentary snacks and drinks in the executive lounge. Service was very attentive and helpful. Would stay again.

Took about 7 minutes to walk to the Shops in the old quarter. Used the Massage facilities at the Hotel and they were excellent.

This hotel is really beautful. The rooms are very large with very comfortable beds, we had two queen size in our room with a lovely bathroom. The extra in the room were also very good with a really amazing breafast something for everyone. I found the staff very friendly and they went out their way to help when we had a problem with our arranged transport. They solved our problem after serveral phone calls which was great. I have stayed in hotels all over the world all being 5 star and this rates very high in my book. Great room service too
