Enjoyed the time at this hotel. Excellent location. Pity I had to pay for Internet use. Wanted to extend stay for another 2 nights but the only rooms available were double the price paid for the first 2 nights. Had to find another hotel!

Great location, clean and modern rooms, many amenities and very friendly staff. Would definately recommend and stay again.

Upon arrival we were offered the chance to upgrade to "The Level". This was a room on the 7th floor which had it's own dining area, internet etc. The breakfast, afternoon tea, evening "Tapas" and drinks were then all inclusive. The relaxed atmosphere was a wonderful contrast to the busy sightseeing we enjoyed around this interesting city. We were well looked after and the big bed had a choice of 9 pillows!
