Lindo hotel caribeño, relacion costo beneficio normal.

The only 2 things that was lacking were the desserts every night at the buffet. They were always the same and not very good. The bed comfort was also not very comfortable. A new mattress is needed, we had one that was terrible for one' s back. Staff were great, friendly and professional. We relaxed at the beach and pool everyday, exactly what we wanted.

we arrive at the airport in P.C.,THE Transportation co. had change name.,arrive at Hotel we went to VIP OFFICE(Royal Service),the check-in was ok,they gave us what they said it was a VIP room,which it was so bad(dinged)the window shade were broken dint close properly,an old fashion 19" T.V., the fridge was enthy,no shampoo or conditioner,we spend two nights there and every day had to ask for towels,shampoo and beverages for the room,the thirt night,we got lucky one of the high rank manager ask us how was all ,and we told him the story,he gave us the rear vip room and send a bottle of rum to the room,there we much felt better the food was ok,not varieties to choose.the staff was good. not sure if we go back.

It was a great family getaway, great staff. Just stay away of the time share reps, if your not interested its a waste of your time.
