The staff were fantastic and very friendly, they were especially great in the kids club with my daughter, she loved it. The hotel is definitely an international hotel and I couldn't fault the staff and the grounds are absolutely gorgeous. My only problem with the hotel wasn't with the hotel but with the clientele, lots of international travellers that don't have any manners in the restaurant for breakfast - it was like feeding time at the zoo! The old saying "Nice hotel shame about the guests!' All in all the room, service and hotel was lovely. I would stay there if you want a quiet holiday where the other guests don't speak with you unless they are English speaking, everyone else just ignored you.

We stayed in a Lagoon Access Suite with our 2 children. Room was fantastic, very clean, modern and spacious. It was so convenient having the pool right at our door. The hotel is gorgeous, beautiful grounds and facilities. Very close to walk to Bali Collection for great dining and shopping. Super friendly and helpful staff. A great getaway.

We stayed at the Melia in order to attend a wedding. The standard rooms were large, clean and quiet, though the airconditioning wasn't as cold as we would have liked. That said, we were still very happy and comfortable in the room. Staff are very friendly, but I became a little impatient with service as more often than not it was slow. The grounds are beautiful. Images on the internet do not do the hotel justice as it was much nicer than anticipated. Rooms are a reasonable price for staying in Nusa Dua. Hotel is also right next to lots of restaurants so you don't have to travel far to eat. Would contemplate staying here again. The Wedding Bale was idyllic and set next to the beach with a gorgeous outdoor room for the banquet. Had a fantastic time overall.

A fantastic resort with great facilities and located on a beautiful and protected part of the beach at Nusa Dua. Although it is a big hotel, it doesn't feel like it as it is quite personal and has lots of "Balinese" touches in the decor and amenities. The pool area is fantastic and our six year old enjoyed her holiday too! The staff are very friendly, the breakfast included is great and the facilities are very well maintained. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely return to this hotel and recommend it to others.
