We found it ok except cleanliness the top surfaces of the kitchen and bathroom were fine but look a little closer or move a saucepan it was dirty furniture was also very stained

If you are promoting yourself as an "Executive" hotel then at the very least ensure mobile reception is available in the rooms. After walking in to reception area at street level we were told our room was on the "ground floor" apparently we were on the first floor - yeah right. our apartment was sub terranian (basement) and so no mobile reception was available - most annoying when booking a hotel for business purposes. A fixed cable internet sevice was available at $25.00 per day - annoying also when paying for a mobile broadband device already - which also does not work sub terranian) and why is it that most cafes are happy to give free internet on spending $4 on a coffee and you have to pay when spending hundres of dollars for a hotel room?? When asking (politely) if we could have another room and after being grilled as to why were told hotel was full for the week... mmmm lets leave it at that. This is a big name company so why treat your guests like fools - I know when a ground floor is a ground floor - mobile telecommunications is paramount importance when travelling so make it VERY CLEAR that the room I am booking DOES NOT HAVE IT BECAUSE IT IS BELOW STREET LEVEL ! Also, would it be too much to ask to replace the vintage hair dryers to ones that actually do dry hair?

Enjoyable stay. We had a one bedroom apartment at the front so train noise was minimal. A/c worked well. Lovely stroll to Toorak Road South Yarra for breakfast. Would recommend the place, great location for us.

Very well priced, well located ( if you want to be out of the CBD), friendly staff, good quality furnishings, no cost car parking..a real positive. Overall observation, excellent value for money. Very happy to refer others.
