Location very good. Staff extremely helpful and friendly. Nice to have free internet access and printing facility.

Small hotel and rooms but great location. You don't go to New York to stay in your room so I would recommend to budget travellers who want to stay close to Times Square. You get what you pay for. Thanks for the stay.

We only had one night in New York and wanted to be as close as we could to Broadway, Times Square and the United Nations buildings. This hotel fitted the bill perfectly. The room was tiny and the staff non-existent a lot of the time, and the hotel entrance itself is easy to miss. But it's close to the Majestic Theatre and so many of the other venues and was easy to reach on foot from the railway station

The staff are extremely sweet and make the experience as easy and pleasant as possible. This boutique slot in the heart of the theater district is accessible to theaters, restaurants, retail stores and transportation. The rooms are small and yet never feel cramped or uncomfortable and the bathrooms are lovely. Noise is not a real factor and once people are in their rooms you generally feel the privacy that surrounds you.

The size of the room was about 11x14 INCLUDING THE BATHROOM and the elevator barely worked. The building itself was also cheap and not well kept either. I can't spend too much time writing about this place but DO NOT stay at this hotel... shame to New York.
