The staff were friendly and their attention to detail was impressive. We chose to stay and enjoy the facilities, especially the stunning pools, during the day. Yoga lessons in an amazing setting were good. While breakfasts were fine the dinners were not so much value for money. Getting back after dinner in Ubud would have been easier with shuttle times extended. However taxis were cheap enough. Our deluxe room was a good standard, the view brilliant, only negative was the sound of a pump or sprinkler during the night.

Fantastic spa - enjoyed a luxurious bath surrounded by petals on the cliff top overlooking the wood and river, sipping lime juice and eating fruit. A great experience!

Fantastic Resort...real 5 class and the service was excellent..we were made very welcome and every staff had smiles on their faces at all times (except for the driver that drove us to the airport on our way back). Although the resort was far from the main tourist centre of Kuta & Sanur but it is a fantastic place to just chill out for some peace and quiet with your love one. We had a pool villa and I would highly recommend it for couples on their honeymoon, anniversary or just needing time with each other. The spa was also fantastic, we had a couple room which was high up beside the river and we could hear the water rushing by...it was very therapeutic....highly recommended resort & spa..really enjoyed our stay here

The resort has a beautiful natural setting however, it is not a 5 star hotel. The bungelos are charming but inside, the bathrooms were not clean. There were bugs in the room. The room was heavily musty smelled. The service was at best mediocre. The qulity of the resturant food and daily breakfast was totally average. In summary I was disappointed.
