Getting There & Around
Sir Seewoosagur Ramgoolam International Airport is in Plaisance, which is across the island. You can drive a rental car in La Preneuse, but remember to drive on the left. The Mauritius bus network is extensive, and fares are cheap.
You can rent a bike or motorbike in small villages, but there are taxis and buses available in the more urban areas.
