Maui Kamaole Condo & Home Kihei Hotel Guest Reviews
Trip started off bumpy and arrived at 1:30am local time. The staff left instructions at the registration desk and a number to call to check in. Phone was answered graciously at that hour. All we wanted to do was fall into bed. We were allowed to check in the following day. The ONLY complaint about our room is that it was listed with a sofa bed and there was a large sectional sofa that I guess COULD be used as a second bed, but when I alerted the mgmt office, they sent over a queen size aero bed. Did not require us to be on premises for delivery and were apologetic. EVERYTHING we could want was in the room - condiments in the fridge, cooler, beach mats, snorkel gear, beach towels, handy beach bag. Could have been closer to mid-town, but not too remote. Very nice for the price! 11/2011 Nov is VERY WINDY in Kehei. Few food stops open on holidays (Thanksgiving).

Our two story-two bedroom condo was open and inviting. From the moment we stepped in the door we felt relaxed. Great layout with one bedroom downstairs and a spacious loft bedroom upstairs. There was even a sleeper sofa downstairs in the living room. We spent every morning, and evening on the lanai (porch) gazing at the colorful sky and setting sun.

My three kids and I were prepared to rent snorkeling gear, but it was already provided in the condo (keep in mind, the condos are individually owned, so they are stocked differently). I was very impressed with the spacious, 2-bdrm, 2-bath condo we rented with an oceanfront view (C-209). The loft has closing doors for privacy. The condo was well-equipped with things like spices, tea, cleaning products, a cooler, beach chairs, beach towels, binoculars, books on Maui, a deck off of each bdrm plus a larger deck off of the living room, a TV in each bdrm & the living room, puzzles, games, fins, internet svc, etc. The furniture, fixtures and bedding are nice and well cared for. The view is gorgeous, especially the famous west Maui sunsets. I'm so glad we stayed there rather than a hotel somewhere. We enjoyed the food at Da Kitchen in Kihei, shopping in Lahaina, hiking on the Haleakala Crater, snorkeling at Kaanapali & the road to Hana.

We stayed in a private condo on maui it was ok a little worn out and kind of dirty. The pool seemed to never be open. They had two but one was non operational. Seemed like you had a mix of people that lived here permanently and visitors. You also had what appeared to be people just showing up using the facilities and then simply taking off.(not guests) We never did get to use the pool of bbq's they seemed to be locked up all the time.My wife jumped the fence the day we left ot get a picture of the pool area but was told to get out.

We have chosen this condos for its great rating. We have chosen codes with 'Ocean view' and stayed there for 6 days. Location is great, you can feel like on the ocean shore. Territory is green and clean + there are a number of places to have dinner/lunch in 5 minutes walk distance.
