The old saying "Don't judge a book by its cover" certainly rang true with this accommodation. We were watching the $'s so opted to stay just outside of Hobart. Staff were friendly and helpful. The room was comfortable and clean. We vote it as having the best fluffy towels we had enounted on our trip. Public transport was easy to access. Found this useful as easier and cheaper than parking the car!

A reasonably priced motel in slightly out of the way location next to a sports bar one way and a fast food outlet on the other. Easily reached from town centre and main roads into Hobart. Slightly dated and worn but clean (quite common in Tasmania I think). The receptionist was friendly and the room was equipped with toaster, kettle, etc. Good budget accommodation.

Stay in the executive rooms for an extra $3 well worth it.

It is a bit noisy as it is next to the main road. You need to rent a car as public transport is poor. It is considerably cheap and worth the money we paid.
