Booked this hotel because it was close to AC and the 2 bed, 2 bath suites are perfect for groups or families. The rooms were nice and clean the pools were crowded especially the adult only pool which is small, but that's expected for summer time. The problem we had though was when we were checking in, we arrived at 3pm, check in isn't until 4pm and I was told they had no rooms available, ok we were an hour early but I never had a hotel not be ready...so we were told we could hang out at the pool or go do something until the room was ready. We checked out the pools, and decided to change into our suits. At 4pm I went back up to check about the room, we had dinner reservation and needed our room to get ready. Once again I was told they had no idea when the room would be available...so we spoke to the supervisor...and magically there was a room. I'm not sure why they just couldn't give it to us when I asked the first person. Just very unprofessional and rude. I think they could just use better management.
