Location

Oh it's fantastic. the staff are great. they work hard and are always friendly. The room was lovely, I was in 1003 with a view over the lovely pool and ocean.( more pool than ocean) the pool with the fish was the attraction for me. and it did not disappoint!. I checked in and relaxed in my room, watched movies, enjoyed a few drinks and snacks. and loved the views. I spent the next day in a poolside day bed at $55 for half a day its not cheap and honestly could have planned a better sun loundere in the shade,,,, there were lots of large lizards around the garden and the day beds,,,, hassling us... I hate reptiles! the pools were lovely and staff great. My only down comment is that there could be more staff... as sometimes the phones rang and rang,,,, and it was hard to get served.... and the in room service guide didnt match what was actually on offer, but hey, that's ok - I loved it. Lots of families an couples around and I was on my own. it was fine.

Love this place really we only come for the pool area so good. The rest of the amenities of the hotel are pretty good

First stay at this hotel, appearances are good the stays a bit different, sat down in the restaurant & had to share a menu for some reason ? placed the order only to watch it being taken round the restaurant from table to table before it got to us, wasn,t impressed to see members of the kitchen staff carrying rubbish bins through the dining area, bathrooms are dated & not cleaned properly, bit dissapointing for a a hotel showing 5 stars.
