Marriott Resort & Spa Pattaya Guest Reviews

Great location. Everything was just a doorstep away. The amenities were terrific. I took a spa massage and herbal bath that was one of the best I have ever had. The spa prices were not outrageous either. Would definitely stay there again and would highly recommend it to others. The only downfall of this hotel was that the bathrooms were a little old and dirty for Marriot standards.

Very nice hotel in an excellent location. The spa was nice and reasonably priced. I would recommend this hotel to my friends and definetily stay here again if I go back to Pattaya.

Lobby very nice, rooms not so nice. Most rooms do not have ocean view and those that do are quite a distance. Asked for non smoking ocean view room, received smoking ocean view room and then was switched to non smoking non ocean view room. I was told room we were originally given was non smoking...entire floor had non smoking signs, but room smelled badly like smoke and had hotel ash tray in room. Reception refused to believe that was the case.

A very good 5 star hotel, great swimming pool, spa was excellent and good value for money, the bathroom was small, and no water pressure on the shower, very good value for the money.
