another canadian hotels without breakfast plus no free parking as overnight parking by hotel staff cost CAD25 per-night and if park near hotel at CAD75/night which is the most expensive parking in a hotel that i come across. Wifi not available in room but only available in lobby. (why they implement such rules will cause them to lose some biz to competition). However, view is good if you are located at the right floor but you can get better view by walking down to the falls area.

Exactly what you'd expect from a Marriott: Excellent service, friendly and helpful staff and a great breakfast. The freshly-cooked omelettes were especially good. There was no parking at the hotel but the valet service was reasonable at $25 per night and the valet staff earned this twice over with their insider tips and advice. The main feature of the hotel though was the view. We were upgraded to a suite with a jacuzzi, which would have been just fine anywhere else in the World, but to wake to a full view of the Horseshoe Falls was surreal and quite wonderful. What was strange was the town of Niagra Falls itself; not at all what I was expecting. It was like a miniature Las Vegas but with only the one (albeit genuine) attraction. After viewing the Falls we found the countryside and other towns in the area were far more interesting and enjoyable. Niagra on the Lake is an historical jewel, quite in contrast to the Falls and would have been a far better place to have stayed.

The hotels location and facilities were what one would expect for the cost of the accommodation plus of course the wonderful location. We were bumped down a floor but into a suite due to our room not being ready at checkin which we were happy with even though it was very noisy being close to the elevators and you could hear the shower etc from the next room. Rooms are a little outdated but comfort was great. Had to use room service for more tea and sugar to be delivered as there was only one tea bag and two tea drinkers so be prepared. Overall good experience.

we arrived at the hotel and it was nice and clean..we didnt wait long and were greeted by friendly and efficient staff who were knowledgeable and courteous. we went to our room that had a beautiful view of the falls..the room unfortunately had previous dirt bag guests that were obviously smoking in the rooms as it smelt like an ash tray..this is ofcourse no fault of the staff..the room was clean and they tried hard to clean up after the lowlife smoking loosers..i guess no smoking doesn't apply to these backward s people. anyways enough of that..the staff quickly sprayed and tried to make it smell better because they couldn't move us as the hotel was full. upon talking to the gentleman at the front desk he gave us a nice coupon for breakfast and we enjoyed a very deliciousbreakfast at the hotel. good hotel..great service..rooms are a bit dated but they are very nice! i would recommend this hotel to friends and family. i would highly recommend that people who smoke in the nonsmoking rooms be sent a bill for clean up of the curtains, carpet and bedding..unless there is proof found the hotel said they couldn't charge the previous persons credit card. too bad because people like this should be made to clean up after their discusting habit!!!

Excellent view of the Falls from the room window. Very good large bed. Several eateries right on the doorstep. 30 mins scenic walk to town centre. Hotel as you would expect for a Marriott.

Our stay was nice. Friendly staff, pool area way too small. Not much entertainment for price of hotel. Also, a $25.00 DAILY FEE for parking. No self park, valet parking. We had to park a few blocks down for $5.00 a day and walked back to the hotel. Also had to fork over additional $300. when checking in, it was due to "in case of anything should occur", but is given back at checkout. Be prepared to pay about $89.00 for a buffet breakfast. No free WiFi, no complimentary breakfast. A leaky pipe flooded our closet during the night but we were given complimentary breakfast for that. That was nice of them. The staff were polite and friendly. We paid quite a bit of money and did expect more for the price. We could have stayed at another hotel but decided to treat ourselves, but we saw no difference, even our young children said it! Be prepare to take about $2000.00 for a weeks worth of food and entertainment for 4. Its a very expensive but beautiful place. There are other hotels just as lovely with lower prices, free WiFi, bigger pools, game rooms etc to entertain if its raining.

The hotel was very nice and the staff was great! Also the view of the falls from the room was perfect, and the location was good because you can walk just a few short blocks downtown. The only thing I disliked about the hotel was that the valet parking was charged to our debit card after the stay. We had no clue that valet parking was not included with the cost of the hotel. Other that the the stay was great and was a very nice weekend getaway.

absolutely amazing views of all the Falls, we decided on a Jaccuzi Fallsview room for our anniversary and wow!!! best views. worth the walk we did from the Rainbow Bridge after coming in from Buffalo. $2.40 bus ride from Buff airport to Bridge.... walk across into Canada and a walk to this wonderful hotel...in the snow was grand! a winter wonderland ...dont miss this great Hotel and upsize for a grand view. why else would you be there!

All rooms have a 1st class unobstructed view of the falls... very impressive. The rooms are large enough but the internet is not free, something not acceptable in this style of Hotel. Concidering the cost of the room, it is very apparent that you are paying a large premium for the view. You have a short walk from the Hotel over a foot bridge to an elevator that takes you to the falls level (at a cost). If you do not use this you have about a 15 min walk to reach the same spot, soething not obvious when you book the Hotel. Overall view from room worth paying the extra but only just.
