Marriott Key Largo Bay Beach Resort Guest Reviews
We arrived to find the pool had been closed by the county. They told us they could not call to inform us since we booked with you and nothing they could do for us. I had called the day before to reconfirm and they had not told me about the pool. We could not go down to the beach area it was closed. We sat near the water and got bit by sand fleas plus the jack hammering was so lound. We called you and you got us into the Holiday Inn nice pool but no water view.

We booked the trip on Sunday night and arrived on Tuesday. We were not at all disappointed in our last minute getaway.

I chose this hotel basically for the bayview room that was promised. Upon arrival, we found that we had a view of Gus's Grill instead. When I called the front desk to ask to be moved, they told me that I had booked an obstructed view room and there was nothing they could do. Sounds like false advertising to me guys. Otherwise, the hotel was clean and relaxing. I would book there again only if I could have the view that was promised.

This was our last night stay in fl keys before we came back from Key West. We tried snorkeling on beach in John Pennekemp Coral Reef State Park; which was not much better than snorkeling on hotel beach. Hotel had family activity area where whole family can enjoy some games and such, which we did not have enough time for. Wish we had more time to try all of hotel amenities.
