Marriott Detroit Troy Guest Reviews
I had a family emergency my original reservation date. When I arrived late and tired the following evening, I was told they were now over-sold and they didnt have my room (even though I had pre-paid and they verfied that Marriott had been paid by Orbitz). They called a nearby Courtyard but did not offer to reserve on my behalf and didnt seem very apologetic. I left and called a competitor to book a hotel for the remainder of the week. I stay in this area twice per month and will no longer book with them. Unfortuantely, if Orbitz cant rectify and credit, I wont book there either. I rated poorly on each criteria because I wasnt able to stay there!
