The hotel staff was excellent, very friendly and helpful. They answered all our questions very well and provided more information that made our trips in the area even easier.

The hotel and staff were very nice. Room was clean and comfortable. The internet was good. The bar was nice. Overall safe and secure location.The hotel taxi shuttle service overcharged us. The driver demanded 30 extra Euros for taking us downtown to Octoberfest even after the Hotel staff told us it would be a 60 Euro ride.
