This place 'has undergone a reno on the exterior and they are working their way through the rooms, the room i had was a 3 bedroom which hadn't been done so yes it was old, but clean, it had foxtel a dvd player, big lounges it was a very big apartment. But best of all it was on the beach end of the building so when you opened the doors to the balcony all you saw was ocean, no other buildings in your way. There are heaps of places to eat close by and i can totally recommend the pizza shop down stairs. But best of all it cost me $120 a night, right across fromm the sebel where you pay 400. So yes i was happy and yes i would stay there again.
