We found this hotel clean, well maintained and have no complaints to make at all

Basic accommodations. Temperature control wasn't very good in the room. Like most Jasper hotels/motels the Marmot Lodge is starting to show it's age and could use some upgrading, especially in the bathroom where mildew was starting to show on the caulking. New plumbing fixtures would be good also. The lodge is just across the street from the train yard so it's quite noisy. Ask for a room facing away from the train tracks.

Had 1 twin, 1 triple occupation, very satisfied with amenities (no aircon, fans supplied) good comfy beds. Faulty tv remote put right within minutes of being reported. Excellent pool/hot tub facility onsite. Didn't try dining, we prefer to eat out. Good location away (but not far) from town centre, generally quiet, but if a coach pulls in to collect early daytrippers you'll know about it. All told we'd be very happy to go there again, and for a longer stay than our 2 nights

This was a fantastic little place in every way. The staff were friendly and rooms were clean and spacious. There was a very nice pool area too and I thought the hottub was a very nice touch. A very pleasurable place to stay.
