Staff very friendly and helpful, close to shops and theatres. Would stay again and recommend to everyone,we were at the theatre and looking on the map I thought the hotel was further away than it actually is which was a big bonus as everything was only a couple of minutes away.

Booked it for a gig at The ABC, great location and great price. Have stayed before but never through this website, and must say this is the cheapest price we've paid and the best room we've had (one at the front you normally pay extra for, that looks onto Bath Street and was nice and quiet because of the double windows) staff were lovely, room nice and bright and clean, and enjoyed some lovely cocktails in the bar before heading out. Would recommend.

Excellent for exploring Glasgow on foot, easy to get a taxi for further away places. The hotel is lovely and clean, room was spacious. The bed did have a broken spring but it didn't affect our sleep. When we booked this it stated that breakfast was included, only to find that according to staff it wasn't. Given that they charge £12.50 for a cooked breakfast I'm not surprised it wasn't included since the room was a bargain.

This hotel was a pleasure from start to finish and the only reason I didn't give it a higher mark is because while it was fantastic there were a few wee niggly things that stopped it from being perfect. The tv's in the room could be bigger, I wouldn't have been able to read the subtitles if I needed them, it looked like a 19" so going up to 32" would be adequate. Also the wallpaper while trendy and very nicely finished had a pattern so busy it was trippy and would probably give you a headache if you stared at it for too long!

Got a great deal on the room and can't complain about a thing! Arrived at 5am (book in time is around 11am) and they were more than happy to accommodate us and gave us a room straight away...with some friendly banter at reception. Breakfast was great - all the usual. Located very central so ideal for exploring. Definitely the place I'll stay again when visiting Glasgow!

Staff helpful and friendly, city view room very clean and standard of decoration and bathroom very good, breakfast good would have preferred a teapot on the table instead of a cup poured from a large vaccum jug and a choice of eggs (only scrambled on buffet). Had a sandwich by room service, quick and efficient and freshly made. Mutistorey secure car park just seconds away and 50% discount when staying at hotel made it reasonable. Would stay at this hotel again when visiting Glasgow.

The location of the hotel is excellent. Bath street has many good restaurants. The Buchanan Gallery shopping mall can be seen from the hotel.George Square is only about a ten minute walk away. The City view from the seventh floor was breathtaking (not sure about the views to the rear of the hotel though!). Reception was very friendly and helpful- we arrived an hour before check in but as our room was ready we were able to go straight up, drop the bags and start shopping. The room was large and very clean (rooms at the front get very warm with the sun). Unusual decor in the corridors- Think of "The Shining" and you`ll get my drift! After a long day shopping and a meal it was good to know that the hotel was just round the corner. A very happy experience overall. Lots of information provided in the welcome pack about the hotel, the city and all the attractions. At check out the (very friendly) receptionist looked after our bags while we squeezed in more city time before departure. Super location, large room, spectacular view of the city. A very happy experience.

A good hotel centrally located within easy walking distance of most of the sights of Glasgow and any number of restaurants to suit all pockets and tastes, should you not wish to eat in the hotel's restaurant. The rooms are more than adequate for a week's stay and have the advantage of Wi Fi internet access included in the room rate

Had a very pleasant stay. Clean, friendly atmosphere with excellent bar menu. Ideal city centre location for shopping and attractions. 10 minute taxi run to the SECC. Only negative point was the noise of the nightlife (which cant be helped)

This hotel is ideally placed - central to the shops & only 5 mins in a car to the Arena. The reception staff were very friendly & efficient. The room was nicely decorated - the only complaint was that the room was very warm! Breakfast times at the weekend are a very flexible 8-12pm, which is great for those who have sampled the lively night life! Car parking is available nearby in one of 2 pay & display car parks - the hotel has an arrangement with one of the car parks to obtain a reduced charge.I would recommend the hotel & plan to stay again.

Very disappointed in this hotel, apart from it's great location for Glasgow city centre. Check in service was very slow and confusing. The bed was hollow in the middle and pretty uncomfortable for two people. The hot water system also failed therefore unable to have showers. Very disappointing as I was expecting amuch better standard
