I just returned for it couple of hours ago. The experience was completely ruined by really bad customer service and having to fight repeatedly over every little thing with the staff, so much for going there to relax. Imagine, the hotel coupld not get me a pillow! We did not have enought pillows for the beds in the room (I mean not even one pillow per bed) and I tried talking to about 5 people about this and the answer was: "We're completely booked, we don't have any pillows to give you!" I talked to Natalie from Guest relations, and she did not help a bit, she did absolutly nothing, not even follow up with me. I paid good money to stay at a so called 5 star hotel and ended up sleeping without a pillow to give my daughter one! Advantages: The food is of good quality, especialy the lebanese chef Disadvantages: -Isolated location with subpar shuttle service that is impossible to find a spot on. The bus left Nemma Bay before time one time and left us behind, when I called the hotel to complain, the receptionist said rudely, "it's your problem, what doyou epxect to do ?" -Alot of walking to get to the sea - Lots of stairs -No beach! -Staff is not trained or capable to deal with peak seasons such as Eid., they just completely dropped the ball, it was one fight after the other.... -Animation team did not do much for kids For the money, there are definitely better alternatives... I am disappointed at the management dropping the ball as I have stayed there is the past and went back to enjoy it again, but management completely dropped the ball.....Will not go back!

8 restaurants, decent gym, shallow pools.

A very well appointed hotel, with a good breakfast service. The food served for dinner on the first night was not hot, so we ordered pizza on the second night. The jazz combo in the bar was a fantastic group - playing to a very small audience. The gardens are lovely, but we did not use the pools as the weather was very cold during our stay (January 2008). The concierge forgot our booking for a car to take us to the airport, so kept us waiting for almost half an hour.

Great place! Fantastic, very polite service. Beautiful beach. They have everything you need for perfect holidays. The only complain I can have, hotel disco was not open even it was advertised it is. Some reconstruction was going on. If you like to stay in the center of the town it might be not place for you, but you need to go there just for shopping you can easy get there by hotel’s bus or taxi.

Even if you make a bargain for the stay at this resort be prepared for using a lot of money on everthing else.Anything you buy in this hotel is extremely expencive compared to other places in Sharm! Pay cabfare for dining in Naama Bay -easy earned money, dinner would be less than half! Prices raised during the stay on minibar etc. Nothing wrong the varied selection of restaurants, except being overpriced! Used Hilton Dreams (previous trips) for comparison. This is the only negative we could find about this hotel! Service is very good, always quick response. Pools are excellent and varied. If you want to go for a swim in the sea, or snorkling, it’s done from one of the peers as there is no beach. But really no problem at all due to large and varied pools. Well suited place to spend your vacation with kids. We stayed in the Royal Wing rooms, wich are large with huge beds, two adult and one kid has room enough without extra bed. Bottom line is that this resort is easily recommended!
