My husband and I stayed for 4 nights, and from check in to check out, we had excellent service. Great location (we walked almost everywhere), great view from the restaurant at the top of the hotel. We slept comfortably every night, despite the street sounds. Because the hotel is located close to Union Square, there's a lot of car noises, sirens and random shouting. I'd imagine that not everyone is able to sleep through that, but we were able to. We overall enjoyed our stay.

Located in very convenient place to see around San Francisco. My mother and I liked this hotel's classical interior and library very much. The bellboy was very helpful and friendly. We would like to visit this hotel again.
