Am a local staying in this hotel. Have stayed in about 10 five-stars hotel in Singapore and this should easily be in the top 3. Fantastic view I have from my suite's balcony. Even though this hotel is not located in Orchard, there are still plenty of attractions nearby. Marina Bay Sands is nearby, garden by the bay etc.. Front desk was a little slow and finding the lobby can be quite tricky - given that its was on the fourth floor. Apart from that, wonderful hotel.

Enjoyed my stay. The room was specious, comfortable and clean. I arrived really early in the morning and was offered an early check-in. Perfect location for business meetings as well as to do some last moment shopping for your loved ones. Has few restaurants but the cafe at the first floor was bit disappointing. Also one of the apples offered in the room was rotten. Like the fact that there was an umbrella in the room, just when I needed it. This reflects that the hotel pays attention to details and comfort. I'd definitely stay there again and recommend to my friends.

great location great room' great looking breakfast,,,, but very bland tasting and then everything starts to get expensive $14 for a coffee and i thought Perth was expensive service is really very good Hotel has been magnificent but starting to look a little jaded.... but ido mean a LITTLE everything was great apart from the incidentals which made it an expensive stay but in a really good location In summary superb hotel to stay in but get your meals, drinksand coffees somewhere else

Met at the kerbside by staff who took our bags and delivered them to our room whilst we checked in. Staff helpful and hotel run to a high standard. Swimming pool provided, with bar. A positive experience.
