Marco Polo Hong Kong Hotel Guest Reviews (101)
We were told by hotel booking agent to arrange an extra bed for my children in one of the Superior room upon arrival. During check-in, a staff turn down our request that the bed should be arranged prior arrival and by agent. A bit of argument over the counter during check-in. Next morning, we approached the counter with different staff, the staff instantly organize the extra bed to one of our rooms. We question the staff why it wasn't available the night before. The staff told us we approached the wrong person.

Great hotel. Rooms are spacious, and location is perfect.

The staffs there were all very helpful. I was given the connected rooms that I have requested earlier. Location wise, I still prefer mongkok . Marco Polo are surrounded by high ends stuffs.

My friend was quite please with this hotel. The only exception was the cost. She preferred to stay at the Gateway as it is more affordable, but there was no room available at that hotel. They said the room was bigger, and they welcomed the free in room wifi. Overall satisfaction with their stay.
