We have stayed overnight at this hotel for quite a few years now on our way home from holiday. It is a lovely friendly place to stay and the staff are great.

The hotel was clean, staff were nice, facilities were good, service was very good and the price was good. The locations was not near the vatican, the nearest bus was 5 minutes walk and the nearest underground was about 10 minutes walk from the hotel. The vatican was about 20 minutes by bus.

Generally the hotel was clean & tidy. The rooms were OK with good air conditioning but the shower & bathroom were in need of refurbishment. The hotel was described as being near the Vatican but this turned out to be at least a couple of miles away. The bar was OK. Biggest dissapointment was that the pool was not in use & looked like it hadn't been for a while, we selected this hotel mainly because of the swimming pool.

The hotel was good in price and cleanliness. The location is quite far away even though it was stated to be close to the vatican. Even via bus was not as close.

the breakfast was very average. also the beds were very hard and not nice to sleep on. friendly personnel.
