Location
The Da Cartuxa Hotel is located in the historical centre of Evora, between the Alconchel and the Raimundo Gates. Beautiful hotel in perfect location. Everything is easy to reach as the hotel is in the old city within the ancients walls. I liked the style of the hotel, fairly traditional style with some modern elements, dont look too much to the finishing details.. Breakfast was good, with a lot of variety. We enjoyed our stay there and would go again.

The hotel parking is very tight and you must be able to park a car within inches from the next car or the building columns. Unfortunately this is common to all the hotels I used in my last trip in Portugal

I would be nice to have a kettle for tea and coffee in the room for when one wakes up before we go down to breakfast

The hotel was very nice, in an excellent location inside the walls of Evora. The staff was friendly, breakfast was the best we had in Portugal, and everything was great. Thank you !
