Great location and friendly staff. Room was fresh and big. Car park easy access to room. Very enjoyable stay. The only thing that let it down was the included breakfast not much to eat, most trays were empty at 9am. Will stay again without breakfast option.

Enjoyed the central location and the apartment facilities, especially being able to wash our clothes after a week on the road. Staff very helpful.

We were very pleased with this hotel , our reception was good and being upgraded to a apartment with a balcony was terrific , the views of the carlton gardens and the Exhibition building and surrounds were interesting . The staff were very good and gave us every help as needed , the buffet breakfast was excellent . we will be back there in the future .

Brilliant value for money. Excellent accommodation. 2nd time staying with Mantra on the park and we will definaly keep on coming! Brilliant work Mantra!

spacious, fairly clean, friendly helpful staff. kitchen was not fully equipped though and some items were missing (not enough forks, spoons, bowls, mugs). food at terrace cafe was not that great--quite expensive for what is was, with atrocious coffee bags, minimal breakfast buffet. location cant be beat, and nice to have access to pool and sauna with lots of towels, beautiful views, comfy beds. Not bad overall. Qlso tram stop right outside the door, walking distance to centre.
