We requested 2 beds in room when booking was made. I rang them the day before checking in and was told, "yes, we have 2 beds for you". Checked in to find 1 bed in a very small cramped room. Rang management and was told there were no other rooms available. This was especially disappointing as had had a very good experience at this hotel a few years ago. Will not stay here again.

A good option if you are staying in Port Douglas. Mantra quality, so you won't be disappointed.

Room size too small. The hotel has no common sitting areas.
