good hotel, enjoyable stay and close to where I wanted to be. When i stayed there the room assigned tv was not working, so they promptly put me in another room upgraded for free and provided breakfast.

Nice friendly staff. Great room with a view. A little out of the way from city centre but within easy walking distance.

My room location was great, I had a great view of the city and river. I found that my room was a perfect size and it was very clean. Only fault I found was I had booked a triple room and had been advised that we had a sofa bed for the third bed - which wasn't the case and we had to share a double bed. also the tv's need an upgrade badly!! Overall though, very pleased and will stay there again.

We only stayed 1 night and the room was nice and comfortable. However, we were disappointed there were no champagne glasses in the room, only wine glasses. We were also unable to get some ice and a champagne bucket. Told to go to woolworths across the road. Pretty ordinary. The car park design has to be one of the worst I have ever seen. Thank goodness we were in a small car!!
