The staff went out of their way to be helpful. The rooms were comfortable but pretty basic. The motel was perfectly located in the heart of Canberra. Buffet breakfast was good.

Size of apartment and facilities provided are very good. Taps were extremely tight and would leak if not closed extremely tightly. Cooking and washing facilities were excellent. Location is central but rather noisy. TV could be improved with more free Foxtel movie channels.

Overall, quiet yet nicely located near the heart of Canverra, and a short walk to a variety of eating and shopping experiences. Good kitchen and laundry facilities and a large living area. Our bed was situated under a high window with curtains above ... they shopuld be replaced with block out on the windows though, because as soon as the sun comes up (around 5am ... the sun is on your eyes.

This is my second time to Canberra and have no regrets staying here. The room is spacious and the size of the apartment is good. Just that the bed is a bit small and it would be better to have 2 twin beds. It is so convenient to just take a walk to Civic Centre - less than 10 minutes! Will consider staying at this hotel again.
