Didn't book directly with hotel - thought I had a great deal with two suites for four couples. On arrival shocked to find 2 double beds in one room in each of the two suites. After initial shock and with no other options, we settled into our studio suites and enjoyed a great New Year's eve in the city. Lucky we're old friends and could see the funny side of our situation. The hotel is in a great location and girl at reception was helpful and had lots of personality. Rooms were clean, comfortable and spacious.

Really good location in the city. Nice clean room a bit dated but fine for what we needed. Great restaurant downstairs so we didn't have to drive anywhere - food & service were faultless.

The staff were all friendly, the hotel is in a good and quiet location, and the hotel was clean, but overall it could have been better. The bed was not the most comfortable and the desk service could have been more efficient. There was a bit of a wait to check out and to have the car brought round. I wouldn't say it's a bad place to stay or don't stay there, but it could be better and personally I won't be hurrying back.

This is my third stay at Mantra on Little Bourke and we couldn't be happier. Great room with a toddler in tow, staff friendly and helpful all the time and a great location only a short walk to shops, and Vic markets. They seem the have aircon working well and it was a very pleasant summer stay.

the room was comfortable , clean & spacious, the staff were outstanding , friendly , helpful & made us feel very welcome , i would highly recommend this hotel to friends & family ...thank-you mantra staff !
