good loacation, nice facilities,but not for the price we paid, we stayed in the heritage building which is abit smelly and had a noisy neighbor.

The apartments are ideally located in the middle of town as well as adjacent to the beach. The hotel impressed us as being one of the best along the Ocean Rd (and there appears to be very few of this calibre). Lorne is also an ideal base with great facilities.

The apartment was clean and comfortable and had everything we needed [3 people, 2 rooms]. We could have used an extra blanket for the fold out bed in the living room as the night was a bit cool

Great Hotel.. Perfect for Families!! Location is excellent with a short stroll across the road to the all the cafe's and take-away shops.. and quite possibly the best Pizza shop in Victoria. (Pizza Pizza) Will be back soon.
