We had a wonderful time at this hotel.Everything was perfect except when we booked we booked a cot for my grandson.It was delivered and when we went to check out they advised we had to pay $44.00 for the hire.This wasnt stated to us on booking so be aware anyone booking a cot...Everything in this hotel was wonderful. Everything at hand and the swimming pool was great with sand Amazing..I would recommend this hotel to anyone..The decor is getting on the old side but didnt affect us and the bathroom could do with some demestos they are the three things I would say was wrong...

Lovely place, great for kids. Cafe would be good if they provided bread, milk, butter a few essentials for people staying in 2-3 bedroom fully contained units rather than walking all way to cavill for such items. Outside cafe was not open, so couldnt order lunch or drinks with 3 kids in pool. Still a lovely place and would definately return, staff friendly and helpful
