"overall wonderful facilities but unit could have been a bit cleaner. it didnt appear to be vacuumed very well (dead flies and a tennis ball behind curtains). Bathroom VERY dangerous with shower over the bath and no grab rail ( I slipped getting out of shower). also cracked floor tiles. "

"Very friendly and helpful reception staff. Secure. Excellent outlook over pool. Close to Broadbeach and walking distance to a range of places. A DVD player would have been useful and the fan in the bedroom could not be used due to a noise-/? faulty. A very pleasant 2 night stay over Christmas at a very reasonable price."

"Location was excellent the room it's self fully equipped with everything we needed. Oven for cooking the Christmas Lunch was very clean and worked a treat. Staff at reception very helpfull. Swimming pool area was excellent and outside bar-b-que areas exceptionally clean. All in all a very enjoyable couple of days."
