this hotel is quite old and dated , the room was very big but the shower was small and stained and mouldy , the room was very dirty and we were glad to leave , not worthy of the stars it gets or the price you pay.

Refurbished rooms are very nice but because work is still ongoing it can often be noisy in the room. Check out is slow and taxis often difficult to find but overall this is the best hotel in the Bay Area with a very good location.

Service is slow especially at check out but otherwise it would be difficult to find fault the this hotel; refurbished rooms are of very high standard, pool area also refurbished and is very much improved.
