Clean sheets. No bedbugs. Working bathroom. Someone always at the front desk. Working TV. Dreary neighborhood, and dreary overall room.

The hotel is well located, but don't expect any fancy or luxury on this hotel. I recommend to find a a not so well located hotel but with better amenities or comfort.

I was on vacation sight seeing New York City. The beds didn't have complete sheets on them - the box spring didn't have sheets on all the beds, there was exposed insulation stuffed around the air condition in the window, trash under the couch, modern bathroom fixtures but was not properly attached to the faucet. The staff was friendly, but that didn't compensate for the aweful hotel facilities!

I was a conference at the Licoln Center and decided to stay at the Manhattan Broadway, one for the location and two the price. After being in New York and talking with collegues, I found out the hotel was not in the best location and even more expensive than some of other hotels that were nicer in quality. If I would have had time to do better research I would never have booked a stay at that particular hotel.

The hotel has an excelent location. It is at walking distance of almost all attractions of Manhattan and it is nearby of all the public transportation. So, we went to the hotel only at night to sleep. We were three guests in a room during a week. The room was little (without space for guest´s belongings) but it had the basics for a room; good air conditioned and hot water at all the times. When we arrived, the room was clean and it gave us a good impression. Then I put at the door the sign ¨Do not disturb" which was respected. The front desk employees attention were excelent.

A little hotel close to Times Square. Thin corridors and small stairwells. The size of the room was ok - a little cozy! The front desk staff were super friendly and happy to have a chat and recommend sights to see. Located close to the subway made it easy to get around.

The people at the frot desk are very kind. The only problem we had was with the people doing the cleannig, it seems to me they didn't care about their job.

The room we were given was small and Noisy, having been in New York to run the Marathon we moved out for three days to a different Hotel, at a great expense to yourselves, with better facilities with less noise,on our return we were moved to a bigger room. The Manhattan Broadway Hotel was not a good choise to say the least.

This was a great disappointing hotel room. It was small and very, very out dated. The smallest entry I've every seen and a very small elevato. I was someone what afraid to sleep because the security lock was broken off the door. I saw the pillow inside of the pillow case and I was shocked at the old filthy stain pillows. These pillows should have been thrown away years ago. I expected bugs to crawl out every moment. The two people that I meet I enjoyed speaking with them. In spite of the bad shape the hotel was in the employees were very nice and helpful.

A basic hotel with barely basic facilities. Overpriced even for New York. The location is good though.

This was our first visit to New York, so cost and location were important. This hotel is cheap and very central for all attractions. The staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms are very small, so you really have to get up and go. Its really only a place to sleep. It was very hot in the room so you had to leave the air con on most of the night. The area is very noisey, (as was new york in general) so i would recommend this hotel if you are looking for a basic room with a very good location.

The doors were warped and would not or were difficult to close, no daylight into any room. We were asked to leave a lift (elevator) so the rubbish could be taken down.

This hotel is what you pay for. Clean quiet and staff were friendly. The towels were tiny and thin. The location was fantastic and easy to walk to Times Square. Good cafe across the road for breakfast "Andrews"
