Location
Perched high on a ridge with splendid views across the tranquil waters of Erakor Lagoon, Mangoes Resort is only 10 minutes walk from the hustle and bustle of Port Vilas town centre and about 15 minute drive from the international airport. The property is also close to many shops, restaurants, bars, nightclubs and business community.
Rooms
The Mangoes Resort's 29 private bungalows and apartments are spacious and luxuriously appointed some with their own private pool. All rooms features Balinese style furnishings, lovely rosewood shutters, spacious bathroom, mini bar, flat screen TV and private balcony. Some rooms have their own private pool.
Restaurant
The stylish Mangoes Resort Restaurant and Bar, set amidst a verdant tropical garden, features a delectable selection of fine cuisine, including the freshest local seafood.

Food, staff and the quiet relaxing location were fantastic! Will be back for sure! Only a short walk into town, or public transport very cheap!

Really nice little group of about 12-15 individual bures sitting on the top of a ridge above the lagoon behind Vila. The lagoon view rooms overlook the lagoon (down to the Le Meridian resort) and across the hills behind Vila. Comfortable, spacious, one of Vila's better restaurants. About 10-14 minutes walk from Vila. Taxis are only take 5 minutes from the town centre. There's a couple of pools but no direct or close lagoon or beach access. Serviced by a good tour company that meet you at the airport to deliver you to the resort without hassle. If you really want to see Vanuatu and beaches get out of Port Vila to the other islands (Tanna, Moso, Santo...), but this is a good base while in Port Vila.
