Service was wonderful, especially with my 1-year-old daughter

This is a great place to stay. Service and staff are fantastic. If you want to know how to run a hotel this is the place to go. They don't miss a beat. Staff go out of their way to please you. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. The pool is small, but the view great. Nice jogging track around the island. I liked the fitness room and the equipment. Wish I had time to check out the spa - it looked very inviting. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very good. The room service, luggage service are great, but when you need help from people in the reception they are kind of cold. We needed to stay more half day and asked kindly if we could stay and pay. The woman was kind of rude and said we had to leave.

Rooms, spa and the staff are wonderfull..!! quality of the food is good however Breakfast is very overpriced, continental buffet (cold) and (hot = only during weekend..!!) are both very poor in assortment. Staff at the pool bar could be more enthoustiastic, and that whole area needs more atmosphere..! suggestion: play some music ??? beach is nice, but not cleaned every day..!

The Mandarin Oriental Hotel is an amazing luxury hotel where you can feel the excellence in the service and in the interior design. Everybody inside makes you feel important and special. Thanks, and I definitely will go back!

The hotel was amazing, the service was impeccable, our room did not have ocean view, but it was still amazing seeing the beautiful miami skyline and the miami river. This hotel was a great place to go for our 20th anniversary, well worth the money. Their restaurant Azul was simply perfect!. Just 5 minutes from Calle Ocho (actually it dead ends at the hotel), and 15 minutes from South Beach, close enough to enjoy the scene, and far enough away to relax. Would stay again for sure.

This has to be the best business resort that we have ever stayed at. I would place it on the same level as Four Seasons and Ritz Carlton with this stay being better than any I have had at either. I would definitely recommend this resort to anyone going to Miami for a mix of business or vacation. Proximity to downtown, South Beach and the airport are perfect. Everything about this business resort is top of the line and I could not find a thing to complain about.

The Mandarin Oriental is one of the leading and most sophisticated hotels, not only in Miami, but in any of their other locations around the world. I try to stay at the Mandarin every chance I get. The service and ambience puts you immediately in a peaceful state of mind when you enter anyone of their hotels. I have been a loyal customer of theirs for over 30 years.

Location is quiet - not much else around within walking distance. So, no people-watching or hustle and bustle...but the thing about this hotel is SERVICE - fabulous - best I've ever experienced. The staff is fantanstic and sincere. The Spa is also amazing and beautiful.
