Location
The Mandarin Oriental is located on exclusive Brickell Key, separated from the financial district of Miami by a causeway. Downtown Miami is a short drive away along with the American Airlines Arena and Performing Arts Centre. The Port of Miami is close by.

Service was wonderful, especially with my 1-year-old daughter

This is a great place to stay. Service and staff are fantastic. If you want to know how to run a hotel this is the place to go. They don't miss a beat. Staff go out of their way to please you. Rooms are very nice and comfortable. The pool is small, but the view great. Nice jogging track around the island. I liked the fitness room and the equipment. Wish I had time to check out the spa - it looked very inviting. I would definitely recommend this hotel.

The hotel is very good. The room service, luggage service are great, but when you need help from people in the reception they are kind of cold. We needed to stay more half day and asked kindly if we could stay and pay. The woman was kind of rude and said we had to leave.
