Mandarin Hotel Guangzhou Guest Reviews
Good location and great presentation of the property should have ensured a delightful stay. Arriving at midnight and in dire need of a good rest, there was no record of the AsiaHotels booking. Even though the booking was fully paid, the Mandarin Hotel insisted on additional payment which contravenes the booking terms and conditions. A lovely hotel compromised by the staff.

It's a little bit problem to communicate with hotel's staffs in English. Even the front desk staffs.
