Had a great room with fantastic views. The room service was right on and the maid service was excellant. I must say I was impressed with the service of all the employees that we came in contact with. Would certainly stay there again.

I stayed there for Christmas and it was great. It was my first time in vegas and I found it amazing. The staff are very friendly and helpful. There is always someone standing in the lobby ready to help. The room was nice and the beds were comfortable. Best of all, the outdoor Jacuzzi in winter time made it very special. However, the location is the downside of it. Mandalay Bay is almost at one end of the main strip and if u wanna hang out on the central part a lot , ull find urself walking alot or taking lots of cabs coz the tram works only until 10:30 pm (12:30 on weekends) which is quite early for vegas nights. Even if u get the tram, it only goes up to NY NY and then from there u got more walking toward the very center.

LV gets real busy starting on Christmas Eve. Our 2 days prior to Christmas Eve were great but we found all the extra folks and kids and commotion starting on Christmas and heading to New Year's Eve and little too much for us. We left a day early to get away from the pushing and shoving...we should have known.

Nice location to see the great show. Convenience to move other hotel by tram. A lots of machine in the hotel casino.

Great stay at a greatly discounted price (went in December). Nice rooms. Good service. Good proximity to airport. On the far south edge of the strip so cab or tram is necessary to see typical locations.
