Overall the room was nice, private pool was clean, and staff nice and well organized. Room service meals were less than expected for the prices charged. Limo services were professional and timely. Gym was too poorly located, felt like a fish bowl. Security was good all around. One explosion wase heard every night at around 6 PM, scared the hell outta me first 2 nights. The access street alley out front is a gauntlet at night with touts trying to sell you everything from massages to knick knacks. Overall I give it a 7 out of 10

Great hotel and value for money. Will definitely use it on my next trip to Phuket

Very nice and quiet resort. Villa was very nice and nicely decorated. Service was very friendly and personal was very helpful. This is a place to relax.
