Very happy with our stay here. Front desk staff were a little reserved but there was no problems when we made any requests. When we had breakfast, the milk was warm (as its served this way in Italy) and we requested cold milk, so they chilled it and the next day made sure there was cold milk awaiting us for breakfast.

Average Hotel, fine if all you want to do is sleep. Clean and respectable, but if you are alone and worried about walking late at night,, get a taxi. Several places to eat locally but probably in the lower market end of town. 5 Minutes from station, so area like most station areas. Within walking distance of everything. I was alone and it didn't bother me but I am a 'Towny'. Would use it again because of price (average but cheaper for Italy) for a short stay if staying longer I would want more facilities, in house cafe, better lounge, satellite tv. If you want quiet ask for an inside room. (but no view).

The hotel is very clean and its locatio is good not very far away from city centre. Service provided by front dest staff is standard, no more no less.
