I stayed at the executive floor and there is plenty of privacy plus a beautiful garden overlooking the lift lobby and corridor to the rooms on the 22nd to 25th floor. I can also enjoy ambience and privacy during breakfast at the executive lounge preparing for a busy schedule ahead. This will definitely be my home-away-from-home in Shanghai! Highly recommended for those who want class, privacy, convenience, and most importantly comfort in bustling Shanghai.

We were very satisfied with the location of the hotel (right in the middle of Nanjing Pedestrian Mall, a street away from Raffles City and abt 20mins walk from the Bund). The executive superior room was great (privacy assured with restriced access, clean and comfortable) except for the carpet which looks due for a wash. The staff''s attitude however could be better. We were always ignored when standing at the front door trying to catch a taxi. We always have to approach them to assist, no initiative to provide assistance without being asked. Price is on the high side but well compensated by the location. Would recommend this hotel to friends.
