If you experience claustrophobia then please don't book this hotel - the room is ridiculously small !!! The self check in is quirky - the whole place looks space age - but it is not worth the price - especially given they don't service the room daily. Very, very disappointed. Last time I was in Adelaide I stayed at a motel on south terrace for a lot cheaper - it was an older style accommodation - but much more roomy and they serviced the room cheaper. Wish I had stayed there again this time - but decided to splash out and pay more to get something special.....was not impressed.

stay over 4 days 3 nite, quiet and clean. If book from different website other than hotel website, better to give hotel a call to get a "Hotel Reservation Check In" number. It may bit confusing if you have booked and paid through other website as the system will still requesting you to pay again while you check in. Actually the system just require to withhold the credit card information.

A friendly staff member helped us to check in. The room had all the required amenities (Kettle, selection of tea and coffee, iron etc). I'm glad that we have stayed at tha Minima. It is definitely value for money!!! We'll be back! P.S Great location! All restaurants, cafes and pubs are just few footsteps away!!!!

$9.50 everytime you want to take your car in and out of the car park!!!!! Automated check in has confusing and insufficient instructions. First machine takes your card one way and the next takes it a different way?? Room fridge has no freezer compartment. The floor might well have been softer than the bed..
